Just before new years I had a host of problems with my new phone and e sim swopping and what’s app business messages that were not backing up to the new phone! I received fabulous service from Londiwe! She smiled and was patient with me! She helped me out so nicely and said if there were problems I could just e mail! There was one more problem! I emailed her and when I went in the next day she was ready, remembered my names and went above and beyond to sort out my problems! I never lost any of my what’s app business messages after being told before that it was not possible! I have never received such fantastic service! Thanks Londiwe!
