This 5 star review is purely for Andrea’s excellent, professional service and friendliness, having kept me updated for weeks until my phone finally arrived. Thank you! Unfortunately I found that I was met very coldly by the other lady in this store, who refused to even look at me when dealing with me, and I’m not sure why, as I was nothing but friendly and polite. Perhaps it’s because of the colour of my skin… who knows 🙃
