I despised MTNs service. It's only Menco at the golden acre branch who is their saving grace. After not getting help or any call back from the customer care line, century city and canal walk barnaches I received amazing service from Menco (I hope I spelt it correctly). He's patient, understanding and explains what's going on. A gem!
