Although I was not patient, the assistant was very patient and the lady of Vivo explained the phone patiently. They offered more help but luckily I knew the way further. Every time I go to this branch, these people are patient and answer all my questions. I did not give a fifth star just because a customer that always comes in , is already stressed out.
