Great customer service, thank you.

To be honest in the past I've had terrible customer service, however, I was recently there to renew my contract and I have to give the biggest shout out to 2 amazing consultants Sibusizo and Sinethemba! They seriously made my day, they were professional and just 2 wonderful men who were on top of everything as well as making me laugh so much and I really hope that the store manager reads this and acknowledges these guys. Thank you for changing my opinion on MTN Cresta!

After being given the runaround and useless service by MTN Randridge Mall, I decided to go to MTN Cresta Mall. Was helped by a consultant named Janelle and within 2minutes she was able to retrieve my old MTN number that I have been using for more than 10years. Thank you Janelle, MTN has a gem in you. You clearly know your work!
