When my cell suddenly stopped accepting incoming calls, I visited the MTM store at Garden Route Mall on 6 October, where Cameron assisted me. Although the issue proved tricky to resolve at first, Cameron went above and beyond — keeping in touch with me throughout the week to check on progress and provide updates.
