Best MTN service I have received. Joleen is amazing and so helpful!

My mom unfortunately had a very difficult morning after she was robbed and when we needed to sort out her phone we given no help at MTN Cape road. There were consultants busy on their phones and it wasn’t busy inside, nobody could let us know when we would be helped. We decided to get up and leave and went to the MTN in Baywest, they were incredibly helpful. Thank you very much to MTN Baywest staff.

Very sufficient., friendly made me feel at ease and process easy. Dilshaad,Inette and shinaaz and lots of laughter i felt like staying whole day.

Inette and her colleagues exceeded all my expectations. After being told by another branch, as well as the MTN call centre that there was nothing they could do for my problem. Inette and her colleagues went above and beyond to ensure that my problem was resolved. Even going as far as calling other colleagues at MTN Cleary Park to assist. Thank you Inette and colleagues at MTN Baywest Mall. I really appreciate it. Thank you for proving to me this weekend that good customer service still exists.
