Cons: It's a small shop usually with two assistants, so chances of queues on busy or pensioner's days are high. Also, there is limited seating space, so one burns some calories while standing, if there are queues. Pros: The attendants are knowledgeable. They exhibit high levels of expertise and excellent customer care services. They go above and beyond to assist a customer. Gladly entertains all the endless and sometimes irrelevant stuff thrown at them. I witnessed them dealing with fuming and angry customers, but they remained calm, respectful, and patient. I waited a bit longer, but I appreciated their extra effort to ensure that the clients understood the challenges and extra explanations on the terms and conditions, and everyone walked out with better understanding. In a nut shell, the office is convenient. The assistants are amazing people. Unfortunately, the MTN service provider terms and conditions or other divisions fail us, and we end up going there, but I wouldn't rate the office badly. In my three visits, the observed assistance was outstanding, and my personal experience was incredible. Amazing staff! Kudos in handling challenging and sensitive scenarios impeccably.
