Excellent Service from Rorisang! I received outstanding help from Rorisang at MTN yesterday. She had such a warm, positive attitude and really made the whole experience pleasant. I was having trouble getting internet access on my 5G router, and she resolved the issue quickly and professionally. She was friendly, patient, and knew exactly what to do. It’s not every day you come across someone that helpful and cheerful, she truly made my day. Thank you, Rorisang!

I read the reviews before going to this store, but gave it a try nonetheless. I wanted to apply for a new sim-only data contract. Firstly, I wanted to treat the staff with dignity and respect, something that seemed to be lacking from some of the previous customers. Secondly, I made sure I was patient throughout the process. The lady who helped me, Koketso, was friendly and helpful from the start. She was not aware of the fact that the data contract allowed for data sharing with another sim (perhaps a lack of comms from management?). I really appreciated the courteous service, and even though it took exceptionally long to get this contract, I got what I needed in the end. In the past I used to be able to apply for and take out a contract on the same day, but it seems the process has been complicated now. Possibly to prevent fraud? My application was only vetted and approved by head office, two days into the process. In this day and age I'm sure MTN can do better. This is however an inefficiency from the company and not this specific store.

I recently experienced great service from the staff (Nomsa) at the MTN Melrose Arch. She efficiently assisted me in securing a Black Friday Special. Only setback was the system was a little slow, but sometimes that is just how things go. A big thank you to Nomsa!
