Really helpfull in the way of trying to sort out a problem regarding an outstanding amount that was flagged on the app, not the correct amount though.
Even send a request in for me and try his level best to explain wat can be a cause and that i don't have to worry about anything yet.
Left the store extremely satisfied. Its coincidentally the same store that gave me a contract with the same enegry of respect, manners, helpfullness and patience.
