I received 5 star (if not more) cutomer service from a wonderful gentleman by the name of Eric. I went in to MTN Stoneridge on Monday, 21 November 2022 to upgrade my and my son's contracts and received superior service from Eric. Such a humble, helpful and thoughtful person. MTN had some connection issues on that day but Eric kept me updated throughout the process. I certainly know why this branch has received awards for great service before. It is thanks to wonderful, caring people like Eric who work there. Keep up the great work, you have my sincere gratitude!
