I got a prompt and satisfactory attention, no questions asked. The help that I could not get at my MTN branch in Giyani. I had to travel about 110KM to get helped. MTN requested me to return a new phone to the neatest MTN branch but tha manager at my branch which is a walking distance told me could not help me. I thus rate my Giyani branch 0 out of 10 and Makhado branch 10 out of 10.
