I visit the MTN Vaal Mall the first time and the Lady behind the counter was very helpful is helping me to load date on my modem.
The second time an different lady told me MTN does not load clients data on an modem. I was very dissipoited in her answer. How can the service of an MTN change so fast. I have been dealing with MTN specially MTN College Square in Bloem now for almost 40 years.
Today 1 October I went again to MTN Vaal Mall and this time the same lady of the first time was there and she helped me very nicely again.
I just want to say , Thank you for your wonderful service to do the extra, say a lot for who, what time of person you are. MTN can be very proud of you and your service.
After today I will always ask for Nikita.
