I have not come across such excellent customer service in general. I just stepped into MTN randomly to just find out if I qualify for a contract. A lady by the name of Laverne assisted me so polite and kind. She assisted me and was so helpful and considerate as I came into store with a baby. She told me I should go home with my baby because it’s so hot and she can assist me via WhatsApp as well. The consideration was what had an impact on me !! There are still kind people out there in this world and we need them !! Thank you to Laverne for making my contract possible & also assisting me to the last!! You should be celebrated !!!!

Been struggling with internet since the 1st Jan 24. Spent hours on the phone with mtn, visited Clearwater mall and Cresta Mall Mtn stores and received what i term as below mediocre customer service. Lerato from this store however was the exception, she was polite and made a genuine effort to help me and she understood my frustration. Unfortunetaly my issues spans beyond what in store staff could do as their systems are incredibly poorly designed and provide information that is not trustworthy. Even though my issue was not resolved and I ended up cancelling my home 5G, this rating is specific to Lerato and the guy who tried to assist, i think his name was Sibusiso. Mtn stores would do well to employ people of this caliber, they are not lazy and really want to help solve your issue but how can they when their back office systems are such a mess.
