I had a great experience with MTN mall of Africa. After struggle for weeks to try and create an account and get a device, the MTN at mall of Africa were the only ones who were able to seamlessly help me. I have a give a special shout out to Jordache, one of their agents. He went above and beyond to get everything done and kept me updated through every step of the process. He was really on top of things and it's because of him i am still with MTN after almost moving to a different service provider. Thank you Jordache for being a go getter and for an awesome experience.
