It was towards closing time on a weekend when I was helped with a phone number hijacking situation. I wasn't receiving smses because my phone number had been partially hijacked, which I didn't even know was possible. The lady who helped me was so on it and informative. I started receiving smses soon after visiting the store. This is in contrast to when I had reported the problem telephonically to MTN fraud directly. I truly appreciate her attentive service at such an hour on a Sunday.
