Lauren is one of the nicest and most diligent customer service reps I have ever dealt with. I am so angry with MTN whom I have been a customer of of 25 years and although Lauren had NOTHING to do with what MTN did to me, which is infuriating and unacceptable, had it not been for her lovely nature and help I would of moved networks.
