I’ve recently switched to MTN from another network, and my first experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I was genuinely blown away by the service from Herriete - she went above and beyond and made the entire process effortless. I don’t think I’ve ever received service this good from any retail store. She truly exceeded every expectation and set the standard for what great customer service should be. If I could give her 1,000 stars, I absolutely would… but sadly, the limit is five. I think MTN is probably the worst company to do business with - they don't believe in picking up the phone and sorting out issues they cause - just a number - and try canceling a month to month contract - nightmare BUT thank you Prudence at this branch - the only person that was willing and able to help me after 3 branches and customer care put me on a wild goose chase for a whole month
