Today, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Patrick. He helped me with the RICA process for the SIM card that came with the phone I purchased in Cresta last Saturday. After days of frustrating calls and emails with customer care that led nowhere, I visited the MTN Ferndale branch — and within minutes, Patrick had everything sorted out. It would be wonderful if more consultants were as efficient and helpful as he is. Kudos to Patrick — keep up the excellent work!
