Thank you Sanele from MTN CW for your friendly and amazing service. From walking into the store you were friendly and very welcoming. However when returning to the store after receiving the approval sms I spoke to Omphile whom came accross as very rude and unfriendly and seemed like she did not want to help at all. But luckily Sanele came to the rescue to finish up the application. Thank you Sanele for the excellent service. You are the face of the store and you have one happy client.
