I don’t often write reviews, but the exceptional service and professionalism I received from Boet truly deserves recognition. I’ve visited many MTN, Vodacom, and Cell C stores over the years, and I can confidently say I’ve never experienced service of this standard before. I arrived a bit unprepared and didn’t have all the required paperwork, yet instead of turning me away or asking me to return later, as has often been my experience elsewhere, Boet proactively helped me resolve the situation. His willingness to assist and problem-solve made all the difference. Outstanding service from start to finish. A solid 10/10.
