I came to MTN today and I received amazing service from Mika. I came in and asked for a sim swap but the short guy refused to help me with an excuse of SIM card but then when I came back I met with the lady Mika and she greeted me with a smile. She assisted me with happiness and I then decided to take a new contract because of the great service that I received from her. I'm very upset with the guy and how he treated me compared to how he treated the other customers that came looking for upgrade.
