CUSTOMER SERVICE Last month, I visited 2 MTN stores, with the aim of acquiring an iPhone 16 Pro Max. The first store was an absolute disaster. So, I decided to try MTN Ballito Junction. I spoke with the lovely, Ms Thobeka Ntuli, who assisted me in minutes, explaining exactly what she required from me for the applicable contract. She completed most of the steps whilst I waited. I simply needed to return to the store, the following day, to complete the process and collect my phone, as the store didn’t have my colour choice on the day. Ever since I have renewed my phone, I have been having issues with Google Maps. Prior to this I had Google Maps on my older phone, which I used to write reviews on places I visited and restaurants I frequented. I enjoyed doing this. Ever since I took out a new contract, it didn't come out with Google Maps. This posed a real challenge to me as I didn't know how to resolve this problem. I went into Mtn Ballito Junction and asked for help from this wonderful helpful person called Mdlondi Sithole. He explained to me why I was unable to use my phone, he went onto down loading a new App which enabled me to now have Google Maps on my phone. Now I am able to write reviews and comment on stuffs that Google Maps asks of me. Mdlondi has so much of patience and respect for his clients. He explained to me, like an Educator would to his students, how I should go about using my new App from now onwards. I will highly recommend, if you own a Huiwai phone, and need assistance, please go to this store and request for Mdlondi's assistance. Mdlondi, if you adopt this similar attitude, calmness, respect and generosity towards your clients always, You will certainly go a long way.
