⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would like to give a special thank you to the MTN team at The Atrium at The Spark for their amazing assistance. I had an issue with doing a SIM swap for two numbers, and unfortunately, the matter took almost two weeks to get resolved. After struggling to get the issue sorted, I visited the MTN store at The Atrium, where Tasneem and Mohamed assisted me. From the moment I approached them, they were both friendly, patient, professional and extremely helpful. They took the time to understand my situation, assisted me throughout the process and, most importantly, managed to resolve an issue that had been ongoing for almost two weeks. I truly appreciate the effort and excellent customer service they provided. It’s refreshing to come across staff who genuinely care about helping customers and go the extra mile to find a solution. A big thank you to Tasneem and Mohamed for turning a very frustrating experience into a positive one. One of the best Mtn stores I have dealt with for years. The staff are very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to help regardless of the challenges they sometimes face. I would also like to acknowledge the Manager (Altaaf) who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as Sherice for assisting me through a difficult process. Thank you to all the staff for the great service.
