MTN Northridge Mall

I cannot say enough good things about Ruth at MTN Northridge Mall in Bloemfontein. During a very chaotic and frustrating wait for our ordered devices to arrive, she was an absolute pillar of professionalism. Even when things became extremely heated and tempers flared out of sheer frustration, Ruth never lost her composure. Instead of getting defensive, she remained remarkably calm, patient, friendly, and completely professional throughout the entire situation. She handled intense pressure with grace, ensuring we felt heard, valued, and taken care of every step of the way. Thank you so much, Ruth, for your outstanding service and endless patience. You are a true asset to MTN and an absolute star! 🌟

I would like to thank Allezye at MTN Northridge mall for her service. Conveniently over Whats app because I'm very busy. She gave me regular updates on the Status of my new phone. Great advice and even worked with Honor to give me the best deal for my needs. I was also helped by her colleague Lebo. She was also very friendly. @Honor I'm enjoying your devices immensely thank you. :) @mtn

I've had experienced only excellent service from the North Ridge Mall branch in Bloemfontein. It is a well known fact not to even try any of the other brances in Bloem. Well done guys!

Very friendly and helpful
