MTN Loch Logan Waterfront

Dear MTN Loch Logan Bloemfontein Customer Service Team, I would like to take a moment to recognize and appreciate one of your employees, Chantel, for the exceptional service she provided me. From the moment she assisted me, she was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, understand my situation, and provide me with clear and helpful advice. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and her calm and professional approach made a difficult situation much easier for me. Customer service experiences like this truly make a difference, and I believe that employees who go the extra mile deserve to be acknowledged. Chantel represented MTN exceptionally well, and I would sincerely like to ask that her efforts be recognized and that she receives her flowers 🌺 for the wonderful service she provided. Please pass my appreciation on to her and her management team. She is a great example of the kind of customer service that customers remember and appreciate. Thank you, Chantel, for your patience, kindness, and professionalism. You are truly appreciated. Kind regards, Thabiso Zwane

Juanri and her team are very friendly and super helpful! She went above and beyond to assist. Great customer service thank you!

I'd like to Thank Ms Lawren From Loch Logan MTN for a great service she provided over the phone. Very kind and polite 🙂

(Translated by Google) Wonderful service and so helpful. Very very professional and Daniel and the manager (Juanri) are valuable assets to MTN! Juanri went out of her way to help while we were visiting Bloemfontein. She addressed the problems that the call centre just shrugged off and Canal Walk Cape Town did nothing about. Always professional, friendly and helpful. THANK YOU SO MUCH JUANRI and DANIEL!! (Original) Wonderlike diens en so hulpvaardig.

Above and Beyond Service! Thank You, Chantel and Daniel! I had a truly fantastic experience yesterday and today, and it was entirely due to the incredible staff. While the store is always clean and well-stocked, the level of customer service I received was exceptional. Daniel was also willing to learn Xitsonga😂so fast, glad we met. It's rare to encounter two different employees who are both genuinely excellent at their jobs in a single visit. Chantel and Daniel are valuable assets to this store, and their dedication to service deserves recognition.
