MTN East Rand Mall

**Outstanding Service from Simone at MTN East Rand Mall! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Simone at MTN East Rand Mall. I had been searching everywhere for this phone and had contacted numerous stores. Unfortunately, my experience with another MTN store was extremely disappointing. I was told on Friday that they had the phone in stock and that they would keep it aside for me to collect the following day while I sent through all the required documents. However, on Saturday, I was informed that there had been a system error, that they did not actually have the blue phone in stock, and that it would need to be ordered. I was promised delivery by the following Thursday, but the stock still did not arrive. By that stage, I was incredibly frustrated and even contacted Vodacom in the hope of finding the phone elsewhere. When Vodacom also did not have stock, I contacted Simone on Friday, and WOW! What a difference! She was absolutely amazing. She handled everything so efficiently and professionally, and by Friday, everything was sorted and I finally had my phone! What impressed me most was not only how quickly she resolved everything, but also her patience, kindness and willingness to help. When I explained that I did not know how to get to the store, she took the time to explain the directions to me so clearly and simply. It is the little things like this that make such a big difference. It is honestly becoming so difficult to find this level of excellent, professional and genuinely caring customer service these days. Simone went above and beyond my expectations, and I am incredibly grateful for all her help. **MTN is fortunate to have someone like Simone on their team.** She is a true asset to the company, and I sincerely hope her excellent service and dedication are recognised. Thank you, Simone, for turning such a frustrating experience into such a positive one. You are an absolute star! 🌟

I phoned MTN because I had an issue with verification and Florance immediately jumped in to assist. She had solutions ready to go, and within ten minutes the issue that I've been struggling with for three days with another store was sorted. Honestly, such a positive experience and I am forever grateful.
