From the moment I arrived, I received a warm and friendly welcome, immediate acknowledgment, and professional assistance. The service was handled very quickly, with clear and helpful explanations throughout the process. Phuti was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. This level of service reflects extremely well on the MTN brand. Spent an hour at MTN East Rand Mall trying to resolve a connectivity issue without success. The gentleman at MTN Carnival solved the problem in 15 minutes. Great, efficient and pleasant service.

I bought my Honour X9D and the service was very excellent and quick. The honor rep Tebogo Mashigo and The MTN consultant Nomthandazo Khumalo gave me a VIP experience. MTN will go very with these two excellent people.
