I received amazing service at the promanade store from ebrahim mowzer I had this issue with my Sim card since August not working he helped me immediately and I didn't even wait long I'm so glad thank you

I'm giving you fast star's because I'm not negative but ever since I bought prepaid router MTN company failed for payments and I decided to stop their router for a while but I haven't decided to cancel l...Now they're saying I'm owing them R429 but I haven't used router ever since I payed it two times....this outstanding in appearing in my credit score in arrears. I tried to call them multiple times I haven't rich them and this is affecting my credit score because no sent me any email or message about the money I'm owning which I don't even know it

I upgraded my contract on the 20th July and was assisted by Darren Jason ( a trainee). They were patient, answered all my questions and despite system glitches remained calm, respectful and committed to making sure I left a happy customer. I will definitely do business with them again.
