MTN Capegate Shopping Centre

I’ve always had a good experience at the MTN Store in Cape Gate. The staff are friendly, patient and helpful, and always take the time to assist with any questions. Great customer service and a pleasant experience overall.

Always amazing service at this branch they are always so helpful and really make upgrades and new contracts a painless process. I recently upgraded with this store through a very helpful lady named Jessica, she answered all my questions and got the ball rolling very quickly after a short phonecall and a few what's apps and verifications I picked my phone up in store. The whole process took about 10minutes from the comfort of my office and I collected my phone in my lunch break in store. Well done Mtn, and than you Jessica, keep up the great work and great service!

Shout out to a dianah!! I simply went into to enquire about something online and walked out with a new phone. Dianahs super friendly service and amazing efficiency left me absolutely speechless. Never received such amazing service anywhere else.
