Exceptional service from Thando Shumi. After trying to reactivate my number for over 2 weeks, visiting numerous Mtn stores, Thando managed to sort it out. Amazing customer service and great humor. We need more Thando's! Give him a raise!

Dealt with 2 consultants both very nice and helpful in their own way however the lady(Zimkitha) that assisted my husband and I when we purchased our cellphones wasn't 100%honest about the pricing , she said the phones are dual sim but it isn't and when the one device's screen just stopped working less than 3 months of having it she wasn't really helpful and just gave the feedback that the phone will not be fixed as it was booked in under warranty . However we then got assistance from Nathan who is very helpful and hands on as the phone is still with mtn since December and he has been on top things to get it fixed as the fault is not with us because the phone never fell or have any scratches on or anything .
