MTN Canal Walk Lower Level

My husband and I received exceptional service from Shakeel Miller at MTN. From the moment we were assisted, Shakeel was professional, friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant experience and that all our needs were met. It is truly refreshing to encounter someone who takes pride in their work and treats customers with such care, respect, and dedication. Shakeel made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and his excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. MTN is fortunate to have an employee like Shakeel Miller on their team! His outstanding service is a true reflection of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you, Shakeel, for the excellent service you provided to my husband and me. We truly appreciate it and will gladly recommend your services to others. Keep up the fantastic work! 👏

I went to the MTN outside , the staff was so rude and very unprofessional . They had informed me to go inside the mall to request my simswap and blacklisting as they were unable too . Sasha from mtn assisted me with such humor and grace and made me forget all about my problems I've been struggling with for weeks. Thansk you Sasha

Exceptional service from Thando Shumi. After trying to reactivate my number for over 2 weeks, visiting numerous Mtn stores, Thando managed to sort it out. Amazing customer service and great humor. We need more Thando's! Give him a raise!
