I renewed my 2 contracts and I received excellent service. The systems were a bit slow when linking to my bank. I understood as the safety and security of my transactions outweighs the bit of inconvenience I experienced. I constantly received an apology from Eugene in relations to the delay. I also felt no pressure to take a new handset. I was humbled by Eugene’s customer centricity and also to learn through my prying questions that he is the branch Manager. Thank you

First of all I want to thank Nathan for amazing service and not just that,he is very patient and professional.Before my girlfriend and I entered the shop we went to other MTN shops and respectfully Nathan stood out due to his willingness and clear passion for people.I don't usually review businesses or people ,but I feel Nathan needs to recognised for his character and sincerity.Hard to find that nowadays,but grateful we had Nathan as our consultant.
