First of all I want to thank Nathan for amazing service and not just that,he is very patient and professional.Before my girlfriend and I entered the shop we went to other MTN shops and respectfully Nathan stood out due to his willingness and clear passion for people.I don't usually review businesses or people ,but I feel Nathan needs to recognised for his character and sincerity.Hard to find that nowadays,but grateful we had Nathan as our consultant.

I went to MTN Canal walk yesterday and met a young man named Reeza who went over and above his duty in assisting a MTN customer on a very cold and wet Saturday morning, my what's app account was hacked and he explained the whole process to me clear and concise, even though he represented Samsung at the store and it was not part of his portfolio, now that's what I call service, keep up the good service Reeza
