After various attempts at other MTN stores, I met Jason who was a definition of customer service. I wasn’t an easy customer but he acted with upmost patience & sorted me out in no time. Great service

I had such an amazing experience at MTN Cavendish today! Ms Thembeka Nikani assisted me with purchasing my new phone, and she was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. She even went the extra mile and took videos of me unboxing my new phone, which made the experience even more special! It was truly a 10/10 experience, and I would definitely recommend Thembeka and the MTN Cavendish team to anyone looking for excellent service. Thank you for making my experience so memorable!

Raeesah was WONDERFUL she helped this 80 yr old lady so that I UNDERSTOOD everything changed my package to what is good for me. Hang on to her she is a REAL ASSERT to MTN

We received amazing and speedy service from Rohisa, who assisted us in buying a router and sim and RICA-ing the sim as well. I went back today because I needed help accessing the sim and again the service was incredible. The young lady who assisted me was incredibly helpful.
