MTN Cavendish Square

I have spent the last week of my life trapped in a psychological death match that is the MTN online customer care. I would've been writing this from a place of deep trauma. I would've aged twelve years. I was close to abandoning all technology and becoming a biltong store owner in Langebaan. I walked into the store yesterday ready to commit a war crime against MTN but instead, I was met by Raeesah, Fuad, and Calren, who basically performed an exorcism on my contract. Raeesah is obviously a saint sent from the future to save MTN from their own technological incompetence. She moved through the system with the grace of an angel while I stood there trembling like a Victorian child experiencing a thunderstorm for the first time. Then Fuad appeared, possessing the raw, knowledgeable energy of a NASA engineer who has clearly seen things the rest of us couldn't comprehend. I don't know what kind of dark arts, blood rituals, or ancient incantations they performed on the backend, but suddenly my contract was fixed and I wasn't being charged the national debt of the ANC. And Calren? I almost invited him to a braai with my closest family. He provided the emotional support and high level banter required to stop me from checking myself into Pollsmoor. I wanted all 3 of them to be present for the birth of my firstborn, possibly even be the godparents. We laughed as though we'd done Quiz Night at Tigers Milk together. If you have contract issues, stop trying to use the online customer care. It is a trap designed to break your spirit. You are not a hero. You are just a victim waiting to happen. Go touch grass, go to the store and seek out this Holy Trinity then give them your pension as a tip. These 3 could fix your MTN account with a Nokia 3310 and a packet of Nik Naks. They deserve a raise, a vacation, and possibly their faces carved into Table Mountain. I am typing this from my new phone. Five stars is not enough.

From the moment I walked into the store I was met with enthusiasm and politeness from all. Jason helped me navigate my options very clearly with both the pros and cons which helped me make a better decision and I left less than an hour later very happy with the service .

Had the misfortune of having my phone stolen recently, tried to get a replacement through the iStore and was informed it would be weeks for a replacement, happened to walk past MTN and asked, dealt with a great rep named Jason, was efficient, polite and able to get me out the door with a new phone same day🔥 amazing work
