MTN Somerset Mall

I would like to commend Aboobakr Anthony at your MTN Somerset Mall store for the exceptional service he provided on Friday afternoon, 16 October. Aboobakr spent almost two hours helping me arrange and set up my new Samsung handset. Despite repeated system errors affecting the biometric verification, he remained patient and persistent, making what must have been twelve or more calls to get everything working. Knowing that I live some distance away, he made every effort to ensure I could leave with my phone that Friday and avoid another trip to Somerset West on Saturday. He also arranged for the Samsung representative to explain how to transfer my data from my old phone to the new one. What made this particularly impressive was that it was a Friday afternoon, just before closing time. Aboobakr never made me feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience. His kindness, professionalism and determination to help were outstanding. He was absolutely fantastic and is a real credit to MTN. Please pass on my sincere thanks and ensure he receives the recognition he deserves.

I just want to give a big THANK YOU to David and Alicia at MTN for their fantastic customer service. I honestly dreaded going in, expecting the usual hassle, but it turned out to be such a pleasure! They were both incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely kind. It's rare to walk away from these kinds of visits feeling this satisfied. Thank you for making the experience so smooth and enjoyable!

Hi I’m not happy at all I just visited MTN store now with my mom to do a sim swap Rounell (spelling might be wrong ) told me the system was offline i should be back after an hour I had to sit there for an hour waiting my mom is old and have health issues but because we had to do it we waited after an hour we went back and a different person helped us a young guy unfortunately couldn’t catch his name only to find out that the system was never offline the lady was just lazy and didn’t feel like helping us I’m really pissed at this poor and reckless service
