Hi I’m not happy at all I just visited MTN store now with my mom to do a sim swap Rounell (spelling might be wrong ) told me the system was offline i should be back after an hour I had to sit there for an hour waiting my mom is old and have health issues but because we had to do it we waited after an hour we went back and a different person helped us a young guy unfortunately couldn’t catch his name only to find out that the system was never offline the lady was just lazy and didn’t feel like helping us I’m really pissed at this poor and reckless service
