I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding service provided by Lauren Petersen. From start to finish she exceeded my expectations. Her helpfulness and politeness made things just so much easier She is very knowledgeable in her field and is willing to go the xtra mile .

I wanted to leave this review simply because I'm genuinely grateful that there are still competent people who take pride in doing the jobs they're employed to do. Before visiting the MTN Parow store, I had been to four other MTN stores in the Western Cape. Unfortunately, none of them could resolve my issue. I was either told they couldn't help me or that I needed to sort it out myself. I also contacted the call centre, but they were unable to assist. As a last resort, I went to the MTN Parow store, where I was helped by Anthea Richards. From the moment I met her, it was clear that she genuinely wanted to help. Although it took three days to resolve the matter, she never gave up. She followed through, kept me informed, and ultimately solved an issue that no one else had been able to resolve. Anthea is a true example of outstanding customer service. She is knowledgeable, professional, determined, and genuinely cares about helping customers. Employees like her are a real asset to MTN and deserve to be recognised for their dedication and commitment. Thank you, Anthea Richards. I don't know you personally, but your professionalism and willingness to help made a lasting impression on me. I sincerely hope your hard work is recognised because you truly deserve it.

Excellent service from start to finish. Staff very helpful. Such a joy as my previous service provider was very unhelpful in terms of assisting with ESIM activation. I would recommend MTN over and over again.
