Trezay Lewis
What awesome service. I went into the Strand Mtn branch yesterday to ask if they could assist me with my husband's Sim card that doesn't fit in his other phone. Unfortunately I did not have it with me. I returned today and Trezay actually remembered me,greeted me with a smile. One minute later I was sorted. The most friendly service ever. They need full recognition. Please do support them.

I am considering switching my contract to MTN because Vodacom really gives poor service. Great service and friendly help for older people. Mrs W van Tonder!

Ek oorweeg om my kontrak na MTN na skuif want Vodacom gee regtig swak diens. Puik diens en vriendelike hulp vir ouer persone. Mev W van Tonder!

Nadine van der Bank saved my life. What a hero! After 2 months away I struggled to get my simcard working again. We tried for 2 hours on our own, phoned the helpline, tried with app... no luck. Nadine got my simcard working again in 3 mins!
