By far the best MTN storebI have been to in a long while. I had to wait as they were busy with other customers, but once I got to se a technician my issue was sorted in a few minutes. Some dirty bugger had sim-swoped me, and this MTN, rather than excuses, immediately sorted it out. The entire staff were apologetic about having to wait, and were very courteous. Visitjng this store was an absolute pleasure.

Went to MTN Longbeach today after losing my phone. Kat was phenomenal at sorting everything out for me. She went above and beyond and is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! 100% deserves a promotion!! The whole team at this MTN branch is incredible! Thank you thank you thank you!

After visiting 4 other MTN stores and numerous phonecalls yielded no joy, Joshua sorted my problem with my hacked phone in 5 minutes. Excellent!
