Nicole MTN Bayside helped me so much with reactivation of my Nr. She is so helpful & will troubleshoot & goes above & beyond to assist one. MTN is lucky to have someone like her especially in these times where getting service let alone good serve is lacking. I've been to other store around the area where service has been dismal hence I came to Bayside. Thank you Nicole, keep it up & may this shine hopefully to your other colleagues

Dear Mtn, I would again like to commend Greshen at MTN Bayside, Cape Town for immaculate service. Greshin makes upgrading, the most seamless process. She does so much to ensure that we get the best product that is practical for one’s needs. She is professional, knowledgeable and kind. My family and I won’t deal with anyone but her. She is an asset to the brand, and it is hoped that Mtn does everything possible to hold onto employees like her. More so, as service like that offered by Greshen is becoming progressively rare at Mtn stores that I have been to, especially in Pretoria, Durban and Johannesburg.

I walked into the mtn store with my son on the 7/4/2026 was initially looking for a Pura 80pro I asked the young lady if they had stock she sed no they don't. So I went to the other cellphone shops then I returned to mtn a very kind humble friendly gentleman by the name of Anthony assisted us from the begining to the end and sold us the S26 ultra unfortunately they didn't have stock in at that moment but he went the extra mile and made sure the stock was available early the next morning just to sign and take it. When I went to the store he wasn't there but everything was ready so the young lady handed me the phone . I would like to thank Anthony for his kind assistance and the lady who helped on his behalf when he wasn't there. Anthony I wanna thank you for the expiernce and also I hope that you have many more happy returning customers.10 for service 10 for salesman Anthony . I hope that sale add to your company. Everything was so quick and fast. From a sales person to a sales person well done Anthony. I pray everyday you will do more sales and be no 1 in the branch every month. People like you are hard to find.
