MTN V&A Waterfront

Before arriving in South Africa the reports & reviews stated MTN. I arrived by bus and it was late so MTN near Golden Acres had closed. This was the closest location to Sea Point. Upon arrival, took a ticket and told to have a seat, before I could seat a representative was at me. Impressive. Francisco took my information and then their system froze. He said I could wait, or go to Pick & Pay and let them sell & register a sim card on system & return. Pick & Pay was quick, and SIM card was R1.00. Returned, bought package, worked perfectly and now I'm looking forward to South Africa.

I just want to say thank you to Yusra at MTN for her amazing help with setting up my phone. She was patient, professional, and really went out of her way to make sure everything was sorted for me. I really appreciate the great service. it made the whole process so much easier!
