Received excellent service from Ashveer at the MTN in Chatsworth Centre. I went to a few MTN's stores to do a sim swop after i lost my phone. There was an issue on MTN's system and i was told that the system is offline and to come back. Ashveer took the initiative to log a ticket so it can be investigated. He kept me updated...even on days that he was not working.
This rating is for Ashveer...not MTN. Dear MTN...you need to jack up your processes and systems. It took 1 week to get my sim swop done. Your customers are taking out their frustrations on your client facing staff and call centre agent...which is not fair on them. This is not the first time that i have struggled with MTN due to your processes and system problems.
