It's three months I am waiting to upgrade my contract. Been to Westward mall three times only to be told we don't have stock.
They promised to call in a few days as stock was expected but they never do. Very poor service. My 4th visit was on Saturday 24th May- & the lady that promised to call was on duty. Gave me a excuse that she handed it to her colleague to contact me. She wasn't interested just busy with her phone.
