MTN Karaglen — Abigail Went Above and Beyond After a frustrating run with another MTN branch, I phoned around several stores yesterday looking for a specific handset. Most didn't answer. One did, told me they didn't have the model, and offered nothing further — no alternatives, no help. Then I called MTN Karaglen. They answered quickly, and I spoke to Abigail. She was polite, well-mannered and genuinely knowledgeable. She explained the situation with the phone properly instead of just telling me it wasn't available. She then took the time to walk me through alternatives, taking my budget and brand preferences into account, and recommended the option she thought suited me best. She went through the specs and compared it directly against the device I'd originally been looking at, so I could make an informed decision. I decided on the new handset on the strength of that conversation. My mother and I went in to collect the phone, and Abigail was excellent again — she handled the new contract setup smoothly and made the whole process easy. The gentleman working alongside her was also very polite and helpful. It is genuinely refreshing to deal with someone who cares about their job, wants to help customers with the problems they're actually facing, and knows what she's talking about. That combination is rarer than it should be. I would absolutely recommend doing business at MTN Karaglen. Abigail, thank you.

I honestly can’t recommend the MTN Kara Glen branch enough, especially if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Abigale! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I had no idea what I was doing, and she patiently guided me through every step of the process with such kindness and professionalism. No question was too silly, and she took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. What really stood out was how genuinely friendly and caring she was. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless, and I left feeling confident that everything had been sorted properly. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, but Abigale went above and beyond. She’s a real credit to the MTN Kara Glen team, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Quiwin Tukilu was most knowledgeable and professional in solving the problem after a Lydia the domestic worker had with her SIM card after her phone was stolen. MTN Karaglen has always solved problems I have had. MTN Eastgate mentioned to Lydia a few times to return but they never explained why. She even had to buy a new SIM card and airtime but could not explain nor solve her problem!! This is money wasted that a domestic worker can least afford…MTN Eastgate please note that the staff who dealt with Lydia was most incompetent!!!

Lebo assist me telephonically with an upgrade and I received my phone the next day. She personally kept me updated via WhatsApp. It is really good service from her and I can definitely recommend MTN Karaglen branch to anyone. Thank you Lebo for going the extra mile!
