I received absolutely excellent customer service from Jacques Du Preez at MTN Garden Route Mall. He goes above and beyond — even answering calls after hours to assist. I had two very unusual and tricky problems with my number, and Jacques simply did not give up until everything was sorted out. That level of dedication is rare. We have four business contracts with MTN, and Jacques does a superb job managing and maintaining them. He is reliable, professional, and always willing to help, no matter how complicated the issue. Highly recommend Jacques if you want someone who truly cares about his clients and delivers outstanding service every time.

When my cell suddenly stopped accepting incoming calls, I visited the MTM store at Garden Route Mall on 6 October, where Cameron assisted me. Although the issue proved tricky to resolve at first, Cameron went above and beyond — keeping in touch with me throughout the week to check on progress and provide updates. Thanks to his persistence and genuine care, the problem was finally resolved on 11 October.
