The staff is friendly and helpful,but the helpline is useless the line is always bizzy , and they give you a watsup number where you can chat with them , but they never reply, i struggle for a month now to sort out a issue,cant get anyone who can assist.

I went there on Saturday (21/06/2025) and had a great experience from start to finish. I was helped by a very friendly and patient lady, I'm not sure of her name, but I think it's Magdeline (as per her email address). She was very helpful and even went out of her way to assist me and advise me accordingly. Though I didn't come right with what I went there in the first place, I couldn't leave disappointed as the service from her was top notch!
