Good service

I reluctantly walked in to the MTN Hyde Park store last month hoping to get assistance connecting and linking an e-sim between my apple watch and mobile devise. The watch was purchased early in 2023. At the time of purchase, I was advised by Apple that MTN has a smooth system and it won’t be a problem to connect my watch. Apple misled me and MTN Cresta, and Clearwater were unable to assist me for months. No one knew or pretended to know how to assist me, staff from Apple and MTN later said there were earlier challenges with MTN and that other service providers did not incur this. One MTN service consultant told me that I should consider a different network or android devise. Victor wasted no time in problem solving. He listened to my request, made a call to clarify his proposed solution and he and his team then got on with sorting it out.!he was polite, respectful, and courteous. 30 minutes later I walked out with working linked devises! No issue and no fuss. This service is evidence that even though MTN staff are equipped and trained, how the individual shows up makes all the difference. Victor is a great example of accountable leadership and stewardship. Thank you, Victor for showing up and assisting me! I wish you and your team success!
