MTN Killarney Mall

Visited yesterday for an eSIM swap to a new handset. Even with MTN's systems running slowly and unresponsively, Nomakhosi remained composed and friendly. I walked around the mall whilst waiting, stopping by every so often. Whilst I didn't get to interact much with Moses, his demeanour was just as pleasant. Kudos to the team that put customer service first, especially under pressure.
