MTN Harvest Place

Siphesihle has been an excellent Consultant, she deserves a huge bonus or promotion. I am so proud of her especially that she comes from a TVET Institution. Well done Girl, may your journey with MTN be blessed in many ways than ever.

Had to upgrade my contract. Great service. Very friendly and efficient.

Just to congratulate you on your brilliant employee, Thuto. I spent 45 minutes at MTN ORT and another 30 mintes on the phone with MTN and they could not help me with a data problem. Thuto managed to sort out my phone problem in only 5 minutes. Well done Thuto!!! I will be buying my next phone from you.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I had an excellent experience at MTN Harvest Place! Thanks to the outstanding service provided by Promise Phaka. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the best solution for my needs. She took the time to explain all the available options clearly, answered my questions with confidence, and made the entire process quick and hassle-free. Her product knowledge was impressive, and I never felt pressured into making a decision. Customer service like this is rare to find these days. Thank you for going above and beyond to make my visit such a positive experience. MTN is fortunate to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable team member representing the brand. Two contract upgrades in just under 60min! 10/10
