I lost my phone over the weekend and I had to go in this Monday morning to get a new phone. Mieno helped me so nicely and even walked me to Capitec bank TWICE so I wouldn't have to walk alone to get my statements emailed and my debicheck accepted. This was the best service I have ever received at any MTN shop I've ever visited.
