Thanks to lesedi pule from mtn megacity for being so Helpful and patient with me throughout my application . We had so many hiccups with the system but she made sure I leave with my phone. I got to the store at 5pm and left at 6:30pm and she was smiling throughout th entire service..I don't know whether she will see this review as I forgot to take her number

All my previous contracts were done through the MTN Call Center due to convenience and lack of time for in-store person contact. But this time was not to be. The Call Center pushed me from pillar to post until I sent my daughter to MTN Mega City where she met Victoria. Wooow! Victoria handled my upgrade professionally. From the time she started requesting my details, confirming where the Call Center ended with the transaction and taking over the transaction, doing credit checks until ordering the device as the type of the device my daughter wanted was not available in-store. The whole experience was so tolerable. Until she emailed me my final contract. Bravo Victoria you made the experience so awesome. Thank you again and may God continue to bless you ☺️

The customer service at this outlet is so amazing. I give them 10/10. The ladies receive you with a smile and good sense of humour. The gentleman working there is also amazing in terms of treating customers with care and respect. He also has an amazing sense of hurmour.
