I received outstanding service at this store yesterday. Therefore I want to defend the two ladies that was verbaly attacked by a female customer yesterday in front of customers. Her contract is more than 4 years old and now all of a sudden its not her no….and the upgrade was done online, not even in this store….. A former employee was even accused of fraud…. The manager was busy with a client and this arrogant lady if you can call her that, expected the manager to leave her client and attend to HER problem….this was very unfair and ladylike. Then she still has the odassity to leave a bad reviev…..I want to applause these two ladies for the way the kept their cool and still tried to help this woman but she kept on yelling and swearing at them for the whole mall to hear. Thank you for my excellent service and keep up the good service!!!! It was a pleasure doing buisiness with them.
